Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your junk or spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox.

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Address Errors

If you notice any mistakes in the address you submitted, please email us immediately with the subject line 'URGENT' so we can correct it before shipment. If a package is not delivered due to 'insufficient address', we unfortunately cannot offer compensation.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your products are shipped. Tracking may take 2-4 days to update, so please be patient.

Lost or Stolen Orders

Little Chews accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders confirmed as delivered by the courier and reported lost or stolen.
